1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using ApplyPilot ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ApplyPilot is an automated job outreach tool that helps users send personalized job application emails to companies. The Service uses AI to extract skills from resumes, identify potential employers, and draft email templates sent via the user's own Gmail account.

3. User responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Only use the Service to send genuine job applications on your own behalf
• Ensure all emails sent comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or harassing messages
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity in applications
• Take full responsibility for the content of emails sent through your account
• Keep your account credentials and OAuth tokens secure

4. Gmail usage

You authorize ApplyPilot to send emails on your behalf using your connected Gmail account. You acknowledge that:

• All emails are sent from your own Gmail address
• You are fully responsible for those emails as if you sent them manually
• You can revoke this permission at any time via Google Account settings
• Misuse of Gmail through our Service may result in Google suspending your account — we are not liable for such actions

5. AI-generated content

ApplyPilot uses AI to generate email templates and identify companies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You should review all AI-generated emails before sending
• We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content
• Company names, HR emails, and job listings suggested by AI may not be current or accurate

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use ApplyPilot to:

• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email at scale
• Harass, threaten, or abuse recipients
• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ApplyPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will result in job interviews or employment. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, email account suspension, or reputational harm.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
